We did 21 Royal last year for my birthday and it was amazing. If I can make one suggestion - if you're going in with a group you don't know or don't know well, I think it'd be a good idea to just have a meetup a bit beforehand so you're not all meeting for the first time that night. Meet up a few weeks/months before - at Disneyland, at Olive Garden - it doesn't really matter, but having more familiarity with your group would make for a better experience. Just my 2 cents.

A couple years ago now. Maybe 2016. It's a 10-course meal in the dream suite with fantasmic from the balcony. Is that worth 1250/person? I'd do it, but I'm all about the Disneyland extra experiences.
