Heading back to Princess Josie's Castle-An AKV May 22-29 PTR-TR Started 6/3!

My dear friend Queenofallthings just returned from Disney this past weekend. While on vacation she and her gorgeous daughter sent the girls postcards from Disney. The girls shrilled when they saw them. Here is a pic of Josie's...we got them Thursday night and Lindsey took hers to school on Friday. Her teacher thought it was great and let her share it with her classmates. I didn't get a pic before she took it in and it is still at school. It was really cute with the Walt & Mickey statue. :cloud9:

Thank you so much Queen. You are too sweet! The cards brought a lot of happiness to our home. :hug:

Evening, LeeAnn.. I haven't caught up with all I missed on your PTR yet, but there's a post on mine I thought you might like to see ;) :hug: Thank you so much! Piper loved everything! :love:

Thanks are unnecessary. You and Piper are two of the strongest. most courageous ladies I've ever had the privilege to know. It was our pleasure to brighten Piper's day a little. :hug: If it weren't for your PTR and Mary, I would have never found the Big Give. I have been so blessed to find something that combines two of my passions: giving back and Disney. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your Wish Trip Amanda! :lovestruc

Since I started taking classes I hadn't done any decorating. Cupcakes are super easy and the girls found those sprinkles so the craft was decided. I have a cake and some cupcakes to do for this weekend. This weekend in our Disney Give a Day event! I can't wait!!! :cool1:

Thanks Sarah! I was so surprised by how much they learned in 3 hours. There are two more sessions next month and we can't wait. We definitely had a fun night!

Hi my friend! Words can't describe how excited the girls were with their cards. :goodvibes Post-Disney Depression (PDD) sucks. I get it bad too. Hang in there, you will be better soon. I would have loved a princess dress too. Hope you're having a nice weekend! :hug:

Thanks Mary! I've heard people fuss about Disney toys a lot but we bought that castle on our 2006 trip and it has held up great and we've never had any trouble with the light or music. The girls play with it all the time. Our salads had carrots, cherub tomatoes, lettuce, spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, egg, 4 different cheeses and we all picked different dressings. There were great! I was considering adding chicken breast or ham but the girls just wanted veggies and cheese. :goodvibes

Hello everyone,:yay::yay:
I am new to this forum. I am married to 1970rs and we have a 12 yr old son & 7 yr old daughter. My family and I are planning a trip to Disney May 22-29. I enjoyed reading everyones posts and can feel your excitment for past and future trips. This will be my 3rd trip to Disney. The family is trying out the Wilderness Lodge this time (I think it will be fun for my 12 yr old son). Leanne, Lexie decided to be made up like Hannah Montana instead of a princess. I hope she won't be disappointed! Snow is coming tonight :mad:, Kids already will have to miss a week of school for the trip. We are so excited about vacationing with two princesses, a mom and grouch, LOL.

ooooh I love Princess Night!!!! The girls look adorable. I love the Mickey ears!! Cupcakes look delish!! The girls must be getting SO excited!! Tonight we went to Disney on Ice.... OMG, It made me feel like we were back in Disney, after the show I was all set to walk to my beautiful room at the Poly.... but we ended up having to take the subway home instead :sad1:

Hey girl! It's about time! :lmao: I was worried about the Hannah Montana thing the other day when Jay told me but it sounds like they are really improving the experience. The $109 package looked a little cheesy but based on what Jay was telling me with the tutu and all I'm sure she'll love it! Are you ready for next weekend? We had a dry run of cupcake making and decorating last night. It's going to be so fun!!! :woohoo:

That fills me with such joy, I can't even tell you!!!:cloud9: When the kids left tonight to go out for their Valentine's Day dinner, I made the mistake of checking prices out for later this year:confused3I know unless my bonus is extraordinary this year (who knows in the financial industry how the year will fare) it's not going to happen, but I thought it might make me feel better;)

We are having a great weekend:yay:I was woken this morning with the phone ringing...it was my 5 year old niece calling me from Fort Lauderdale before they got on the cruise ship. Apparently, they were discussing how annoying little sisters can be to big sisters and my darling sister told them there was no more annoying little sister than I was.....so Mini Montana needed to ask me about that:cloud9:Love those kids to death....she made a point of telling her sister the next time we all go to WDW together, that Aladdin is sitting with HER on all the rides.....:rolleyes1

Back to work for me on Monday:confused3
