I have to be honest, between softball with both girls, buying a car, work, and Girl Scouts, the thought that our trip is right around the corner is a bit overwhelming. I feel so unprepared at the moment. :scared1:

Thanks Christie! Can't wait to see what you get! Be sure to post some pics. It's been a great Mother's Day! I'm not ready for the trip but I hope to get things together pretty quickly. I haven't had time to think about our trip at all the last few weeks. What's wrong with me?!? :confused3

Happy Mother's Day!!

I understand how you feel about being unprepared! I thought I'd done enough reading and planning for the world. Now that it's almost here, though- I don't know what we're doing!! I have to get my classroom cleaned out and find time to get me some shorts- arrg! Glad it's so close finally, but I need a few more hours in the day!
Oh, and I have loved black cars since my first one, too! Black with T-tops just did me in!

Leanne- that would be so cool!!!! You will be running circles around me but it will still be fun. We will have to all go out for a celebration dinner or something after... Wouldnt it be so cool to all be in Disney together and to do something like that!?

I love the Ford Edge....it's my dream car....so happy for you!!!!

I wish one of those road trips this year was coming to see us in the World, but I know next year we'll make it happen.

I think it would be awesome to get together, do the run, and then celebrate the accomplishment! We have a whole year to train so no reason that anyone would be running circles around anyone else-and if someone does, no biggie, the most important thing is that we get out there and try our best right? I think it would be great motivation to know I was going to be held accountable by my DIS friends! :goodvibes
