i think I've seen something on here about best rides to ride first at RD? I can't find it! We will have 2 mornings at MK, one being EMH. We want to play hard in the morning and knock out as much as possible before noon and jump to another park with FP+ ..Thoughts?

It really depends on which rides you don't want to miss. On a non-EMH morning, if you start in Tomorrowland you'll be able to get at least a couple walk on rides on Space Mountain and Buzz or start in Frontierland for easy ons at BTMRR and Splash. Haunted Mansion should still be walk on after you finish those, and you might have some luck over in Fantasyland with Ariel and It's a Small World. Lines for Peter Pan grow fast, but that's another option at rope drop, so you can see the new standby queue.

As an example, last year on a crowd level 9 day the first week of August at rope drop on a non-EMH day we did: Spaceranger spin, met Stitch, Space Mtn, Dumbo, met Ariel, FP SDMT, FP Peter Pan, It's a Small World, met Gaston, shopped, stopped for photopass, and a few other things all before an 11:00am lunch FP for Be Our Guest. We took our time, didn't hurry anywhere, just enjoyed our surroundings and still did quite a bit in two hours. Add in an extra hour for EMH and another extra hour for your goal time of noon, and you should have no problem getting a lot of things done.

I would look at a park map, figure out which rides are most important to you, make sure you know which rides are open during EMH, then adjust from there. Have fun and good luck!!

Think it depends on if you have little kids, and how you arrange your Fast Pass + selections.

Rides that you would want to either FP+, OR do early include:

Peter Pan
Seven Dwarves
Space Mountain
Splash Mountain
Big Thunder Mountain
Tomorrowland Speedway (sometimes later in the evening is a good choice here too)
Pooh
Astro Orbiter

Pirates of the Caribbean may also be on that list, sometimes a long wait there, as well as Buzz Lightyear.

If you have little ones that want to do do the speedway, astro orbiter etc, then I would do one morning on those, one on Splash mtn, Big Thunder, and try to get the other stuff on FP+

Also keep in mind that only Tomorrowland and Fantasyland are open during AM EMH. We hit several rides during the EMH, then wait at rope drop at the entrance to Frontierland (by It's a Small World) to be the first to get into Frontierland at 9:00am (so it's like 2 rope drops!). Then we can ride Splash Mountain & Thunder Mountain RR right away with little to no wait. AM EMH is awesome at MK! (Take into account that we didn't do Anna & Elsa or 7DMT)
