HEA Fireworks Dessert Party-Sept 13

I tried to switch my dessert party from the Monday (9/11) to Wednesday (9/13) for a party of 2 and there was no availability. I was able to get a party of 1 for Plaza Garden and another party of 1 for Tomorrowland Terrace viewing. So I have three questions:

1) Is there any reason why it is booked solid? No other date in the next 2 months is booked! I know it's a Wednesday (so pm EMH at MK), but all Wednesdays before and after still had availability.

2) What do you think the likelihood of another spot opening up for Garden plaza viewing?

3) Even though the areas have 2 different levels, do you think CMs will allow us to just both eat at the Garden viewing level and go out there to view it? I know it's a waste of $20, but, if that's the only way to do the dessert party that night, I'll spend it!

Keep checking. I def think you'll get it. I wanted 9/20. It was sold out so I booked 9/23. A month later spots opened.

I'm just speculating but with all the MNSSHP's in Sept/Oct I bet that does shift/concentrate demand for the dessert party around a bit. I'd keep checking. Remember the cancellation for these is 5 days out, so be checking the days leading up to then.
