HEA dessert party in the rain

I'm trying to decide between the plaza garden and terrace dessert parties for Sept 27th. I know from reading other threads that the view is much better from the garden, but in rainy season will I regret not having cover?

I'm not asking anyone to predict the weather, just curious on some opinions to help me decide. If it matters, it's me and DH with a 5 and 3 year old. Thanks!
