HEA Dessert Party Cancellations

How often does the dessert party have cancellations? We've never done a dessert party and we will be there early April for spring break, but they are booked up at the moment. I'm hoping for a cancellation in Plaza viewing area but will take Terrace if it opens up.

I don't know how often cancellations happen, but both of the times that I have done the dessert party it has been from picking up a cancellation, but I am fortunate that I was able to check multiple times per day to jump on an opening.
