He finally proposed ! ! !

My boyfriend proposed the day we were leaving for Disney World ! ! ! My daughter had just opened the gift (a scrapbook) that told her where we were actually spending Christmas and the car service was due in less than an hour so the excitement level was already high. I was already smiling ear to ear, I was so excited that we were able to pull off this surprise and he walks up to me and our conversation goes like this:

Jes (me): "Wow, she was really surprised."
Paul: "Are you surprised?"
Jes: "Why would I be surprised, I knew we were going to Disney."
Paul (holding up the ring): "Are you surprised now?"

I was in shock. I knew it was coming but I definitely didn't expect it at that moment. It was amazing! I can't believe we are finally engaged!

Here's a picture...lighting isn't very good though.

We haven't decided for sure but I think we are going to spend a week in Disney for our honeymoon, then go on a cruise.

Thank you! Part of me wishes we are getting married at Disney, but no, we will probably only honeymoon there. We are both catholic and want to get married in our church. Although I joke with DF all the time that we could just bring our priest with us.
