My son is sitting on my lap with me right now and we both loved looking at the pictures of Pirates. He kept saying, "Mama! I want to go back to Disney World so bad right now, you don't even know. I miss Pirates!"

Great update. I love reading about sunny Disney when the weather is absolutely miserable here in Pennsylvania. You guys, really did take the scenic route to Adventureland. Sorry Josh was pretty indifferent about his first ride on pirates. When we took my sisters' boyfriends for the first time, we made sure to take them on Tower of Terror first. I'm hoping that for his second ride you took him on BTMRR or Splash Mountain.

Yeah with Josh we definitely took it at a slower pace than my mom and I are used to

I was a bit sad but he ended up loving most of the rides!

It doesn't sound like Josh has quite been bitten by the Disney bug yet based on his reactions. Then again, I would imagine it's going to be hard for anything that day to top the proposal.

I had not seen any photos since the Skyway station was torn down. It does look a little sad, but hopefully the area will still look nice once they're done with it.

Going into our day at MK I realized he might not enjoy it. He was the least enthused about the MK out of all of the parks. In all fairness he was pretty sleepy that day

Aw cute! I thought he would really like it and since we saw the movie a couple days prior to our trip I thought it was very fitting!

Thank you! Some of the pictures are from a Nikon D80 which is what the Photopass Photogs use and other are from a little Samsung point and shoot.

It is such a great scene! I used to have a pin of Mickey Goofy and Donald locked in the jail and Pluto holding the key It is pretty terrifying doing it and not realizing it

So my dad has been super busy with work so he can't post his thoughts but it is time to move on with the TR!

Josh acting tough

Yes, nothing says tough like a guy with a sword in one hand and a cute little disney bag in the other.

We had decided his first ride should be Pirates so we started walking that way.

Cool! An Aerosmith reference! And we're not even in DHS!

We had to document Josh's first time in Fantasyland

"Okay, I'll pose but only if my left hand is prominently displayed to full advantage."

We stopped to grab fast passes for Peter Pan and the machine also spit out Philharmagic fast passes!

I've never heard of that happening before. Sweet!

We then crossed through to Adventureland between Country Bear Jamboree and one of the Outposts and took some pictures of the Tiki Room while we waited for my parents to catch up.

I think between the Bell and this picture Josh began taking odd pictures of Disney things. I mean lights?

Ya know, I totally get this. For a first timer, all the detail is so amazing. Wow did you see those lights???? They are so just like what you'd see in a pirate lair. Oooohhhh, look another one.

Now I am a rule follower to a T! I hate it when people don't follow the rules so when I went to take a picture of this and discovered my flash was still on I seriously had a mini panic attack waiting to be kicked off the ride!

I kept cracking up whenever I would look through the pictures at night and I could tell who took the pictures by what was in them We haven't gotten to his most photographed piece of detail yet though
