Just saw 2 fall sailings on the Treasure (9/27 and 10/4) have VGT rates. About $5000 for 2 people. First restricted guarantee rates I have noticed on the Treasure.

Not a huge discount, and you don’t get to pick your cabin. Maybe everyone who wanted to try the Treasure full price this year has already booked.

Great news! Hopefully they'll become a regular occurrence like the Fantasy used to.

The Eastern prices even with the restricted GT rates are really high vs opening day.
Opening Day Treasure 9/27/25 Verandah- $4,409; VGT- $5,025

But the Western did better-
Opening Day Treasure 10/4/25 Verandah- $5,373; VGT- $4,931

Hopefully more restricted GT rates for the Treasure come out soon as I REALLY want to sail her but she is still too rich for my blood.

Another one for the Treasure

10/18/2025 Western Opening Day Lowest Priced Verandah- $5,331; VGT- $4,553.

I WISH I could jump on this but sadly I can't schedule any travel until at least Jan once I finish my Sept sailings.

We’re on this one. Wish I had waited - the VGT rate is cheaper than we are paying!

This is actually the week I want to cruise next year. The first one with a decent discount too.

Is Disney having too discount more cruises now than in the past? I wonder if cruises that go to Lookout Point vs. Castaway are getting better deals? Or not?

I’m seeing quite a bit more restricted GT rates offered then they have in the past especially since they allow them to stack with the promotion like $250 in stateroom credit like they did for the Wish… But prices are also higher than I’ve ever seen them 🤷‍♀️

I don’t think it’s necessarily a lookout vs castaway thing as much as it is a shorter sailing vs longer ones. Plus the treasure is new so she is definitely going to get most of the attention.

We have a 5c booked and if I cancel and rebook paying the penalty, I save $50 and could get $75 more OBC from my travel agent. Downside is I lose all my booked dinning and spa pass which are sold out online now. Anyone willing to give their thoughts if i should or shouldn't switch.

If those bookings are important to you I would not switch. $125 to have the cruise I want is worth it. If you were on the fence about the spa pass and dining I might be tempted to let them go and save even more $ which would then make it worth it.

Times like these I wish I had vacation time that wasn't earmarked...

then I remember we have an old dog and will already be gone for three weeks in November and snap back to my senses.
