HDDR Transportation

I'm planning on taking Uber from CBR to the Contem. Resort to get to our HDDR ADR. Is it faster to walk to MK dock and get the boat to Fort Wilderness or to take the boat from Contemp to Fort Wilderness?

or would it be faster to take Uber to Fort Wilderness and then use that resorts internal shuttles to get to HDDR?

I think uber to fort wilderness main gate and then internal bus. The thing is that all of the internal buses go to HDDR area. The boats are more pleasant but seem somewhat irregular (if I chose the boat, I'd do Magic Kingdom, as that seemed a little more frequent than the little boat to the other resorts).

I actually prefer taking the boat. If you're going to Uber to the CR, then take the boat from there. Otherwise, you negate any time savings when walking to MK and waiting for that boat.
