HDDR Ticket Question

Friends of our are leaving this Sat for their first ever Disney vacation. They are planning on HDDR on Monday..my question is where do they pick up their tickets/Info? They are staying off-site ..?

I believe you just check in at Pioneer Hall. I'm not completely sure because we've always been onsite and who know what magical things happen when you check in... They can always just call the WDW Dine number and ask!
