HDDR - reservations

I initially had HDDR reserved and then when our party went from 4 to 5 people I redid everythhing and cancelled it. So now I'm waffling again about re-adding it to our plan.
BUT there are no reservations available for 5 people. OK, but there are available seats for a party of 6! For this one though you need to pre-pay or use dining credits to reserve so we can't just book it for 6. Argh!

Could you book it for 6 and then call up to cancel a person off?
