HDDR reschedule?

I am coming up on my 180+ and I'm trying to finalize our dining plans. Unfortunately there are several things on Disney's end that are left up in the air and could screw up my carefully thought out plans.
I am anxiously awaiting the Eat to the Beat schedule and to see what happens with the ROL show. I plan on booking HDDR for a specific day but once schedules get announced, I may need to reschedule HDDR. How easy is that to do? Should I even worry about booking it at 180 days? I figured I will have to wait until July or so to have a finalized concert schedule. Can I afford to wait until July to book an early November show? I have no idea how quickly it books up.

It books fairly quickly - especially the early shows. Also table assignment is done based on booking date - for example booking at 180 days results in the best table and booking at 150 days is a less desirable table.
I think waiting until July Probably will be ok, but you do chance it being booked.

Thank you!! I think I'm just going to stick with my original date and planned and move other things around for ROL if needed.
