Just outside the gates of MK are docks. The boat to Fort Wilderness is to the far right as you exit.It will be the second stop. There is a path maybe 100 yards to Pioneer Hall. If confused, ask the skipper. Like bus drivers, they know everything.

Close but, the FW/WL dock is the center of the 3 docks. If you are facing the docks(as you leave MK) the Polly/GF boat, launch, is to the right closest to the monorail(also the smallest boat). FW/WL boat, cruiser, is in the center(next size up for the boat). To the left(closest to the bus stops) is the TTC ferry boat(the biggest boat on the 7 Seas Lagoon).
The boats between Magic Kingdom, Wilderness Lodge, and Fort Wilderness are designated with a green flag. (Every route has a different color flag.) Of course, there's also a sign at the head of the dock. (The one he's standing under, not the one he's pointing to.)
The order of the stops depends on the time of day you're taking the boat. It reverses around mid-day when more people are returning from the park than returning. (Wilderness Lodge, as a deluxe resort, gets the benefit of the most direct service.) Since the original post is about getting to Hoop Dee Doo Review, which happens at night, Fort Wilderness will indeed be the second stop.
However, I do recall that last time I took the boat over we did go directly to Fort Wilderness--not other stops. Everyone got of the boat and the boat was empty. Maybe just no one going to Wilderness Lodge?
Boat is great way to go,nice trip and arrive early to spend some time in the big rocking chairs on porch in front of Trails Inn right beside Pioneer Hall. Danny
