HDDR confirmation?

I see people referring to "pick up your HDDR confirmation at guest services prior to arriving to save time". Can it be any guest services? On my arrival day I am entering Epcot through the IG... can I do it there?

Tickets are available for pickup immediately after your reservation has been confirmed online at any Walt Disney World Resort Concierge desk or directly at the Pioneer Hall box office. Same-day box office pickup will be available 40 minutes prior to show time.

You really don't need to do this. When we went to HDDR in December, we simply picked up our tickets when we arrived. It took less than time than standing in most guest services lines.

Oh, ok. I read a review that someone said it took them a long time to check in at Pioneer Hall. Thanks.

. . . within 2-hrs prior to show-time only at HDDR Box Office at Fort Wilderness
. . . box office windows are to the left of Pioneer Hall at FW

* Seating charts are made up manually on the 8th day prior to the show date.

I booked HDDR for June just this morning (lol)
I did see on another thread it said tickets can be picked up 7 days before the show.
Ha....you beat me to it Rusty!

Btw ..all the info I gave was a copy paste I saved from my reservation this morning.
I wonder why HDDR doesn't clarify the 7 day? I didn't see it on the policy page when booking.

Because *most* people don't arrive more than 7-days before show time,
