HDDR birthday

For those who have gone to HDDR, are there any pauses or intermission or gap in time when our birthday girl would have time to open gifts?

The day starts with rope drop and the scheduled festivities don’t end until after HDDR. Just looking for opportunities to give her a few gifts

Yes. When you are first seated, there is salad on your table, but the show doesn't start for about another 15 minutes, so you could open some presents at that time. There is also an intermission during the show (I believe it's right after they place the chicken on your table), so you could open presents then as well!

Open them when the troop is milling around the tables. That will draw attention and single the birthday girl out so she gets a good dose of this:
