HBO at HH?--**Sopranos Spoiler

We just watched The Sopranos, and saw that the season finale won't be on next week, but the following Sunday when we'll be in HH.
Do they carry HBO at the resort? I can't recall.

that's too funny that you asked that!! we just finished watching too, and i was thinking about last year when we were in disney, and we had to make sure that we watched the sapranos on sunday night!! we were staying outside at a timeshare that had hbo, thank god!! my dh would be having withdrawals!!

anyways, can you believe that they killed adrianna?? i can't even look at christopher the same way anymore!! i knew that something was up when he was driving her to the "hospital".

Hiya.... I just got home 2 hours ago from HHI (I already want to go back!) and no, there's no HBO.

I knew it, when she kept looking into the woods, I said to my husband, she's going to get it in there. Christopher-blech, I've always disliked him!

I taped the episode last night and haven't watched it yet. This post should have a title noting that it gives away part of the plot.

I knew someone was getting whacked, I just thought it would be Tony B.

Given that we are staying in "home away from home" resorts and spend more time in the actual units, you'ld think there would be a better selection of channels on the TV's at DVC. It would be nice to have a few more than the standard ones available. Half the channels are Disney advertising of one form or another. Some movie channels would be great, (and also Fox News would be a plus). I wonder how expensive it would be to beef-up the channel selections at DVC resorts, especially at the off-site resorts.

Actually, at Hilton Head we had pretty much all of the standard non-pay cable channels -- Food TV, HGTV, several sports channels, multiple 24 hr news channels, TBS, Comedy Central, etc. It was definitely a different selection than when you're actually on WDW property.

At WDW, we get Disney controlled TV -- it's their own system. That is the local stations and the Disney owned cable options (and maybe a few others).

At Vero and HHI, we get the offering from the local cable system. At Vero, it's a pretty good package but it does not include the premium channels like HBO, Showtime, etc.
