HBD Cobb Salad for 2

Hi....just wondering if the Brown Derby's Cobb Salad for 2 is an appetizer or an entree. I'd like for my DH and I to share this for lunch one day (as an entree). Would it be enough for a meal, adding the bread and butter? He's a pretty good eater and I'm a lighter eater. How big is it?

The cobb salad for 2 is an appetizer and it is the same as the entre salad for 1. IMHO it would NOT really be enough for a meal for 2 people. even if one was a light eater. It is ample, but not massive to begin with...if you had to split it for 2 as an entre it would be more of a snack than a meal!!

Unless you are ordering appetizers and desserts I do not think you would be very happy sharing.

I agree. I can eat almost the entire Cobb for two (my portion, plus a good bit of Mrs. U's) as an appetizer--before dinner.

It would be a VERY light lunch for two people.

We usually do HBD for lunch, and split the salad as an appetizer. If we want only salad, we each order it as an entrée.

For lunch we split the salad and each get a bowl of soup. We are both pretty big eaters and this makes for a very nice lunch.
