Is the hayride worth the $? How long is it? If we do the 9:30 can you see the 10:00 fireworks @ MK? (somewhere I remember reading about it but I have no idea where!!) I am hoping to go after our 7:30 Hoop Dee Doo on May 28th. Thoughts and advice...

I think the hayride is fun. but the carriage ride is nicer.

now are you going to be at FW or WL - these are 2 different places.

from both the beaches you can see some of the fireworks - but the Cont does block the lower ones in both places.

We took the "hay" ride from the FW back in Feb. 2002 and thought that is was okay. I don't remember the time, but it was after dark and we were the only ones one the entire buggy. There isn't any hay on the buggy, just a center row of bench seats with bench seats on the edge.

Our driver (Justin) was great and gave us lots of good information and he even stopped on the waters edge and we were able to see about 5 minutes worth of the fireworks. It was really cool because it was like our own little show, no one around but my family and Justin.

As far as the scenery goes, it was dark and we only saw the trees that lined the roadway and of course we saw the RV's that were parked at FW.

If I had to do it again, I don't think that I would, I think that I would do the carriage ride next time.

How much does the carriage ride cost? Where do you do this?
