We stayed at Hawthorne LBV last Oct. Nice accomodations. Have not stayed at Courtyard but walked over one day from the Hilton where we stayed a couple of years ago. A little older hotel. Both locations are nice but we did like the fact you could walk to DD. From Hawthorne it's only a 7 minute drive so not bad. Decision would be how much room you want vs. distance to DD. Hawthorne is larger and has frig and microwave to stash drinks. Courtyard is easy access to DD. You'll have fun wherever you stay
