Hawthorn Suite updated info.

just found out this evening that The Hawthorn Universal suites is no longer offering their 2 bedroom suite BUT if you already have a reservation, then you Will get a 2 bedroom suite.

Is they changing names or something. Or they just longer 2 bedroom suites. I might have take off my list for the family reunion. Thanks for the update.

As I hold a reservation for Sept '08 for a 2 Bedroom Suite at Hawthorne near Universal, your post kind of alarmed me. I called there just now and my reservation is intact. The reservation agent I spoke to said she wasn't aware that the 2 Bedroom suites were being done away with.... I don't know.????????

I called the hotel directly to see what was going on but my friend had called Hyatt reservation. As I posted if you have a ressie for a 2-bedroom then they will honor it but they said they will not book new ressies for this type of room. The agent my friend talked to did not even know that Hawthorn offered a 2-bedroom suite so she called again (got a different agent) and was told they did offer them until a few weeks ago. I never did ask why they are stopping but I will ask when I am there.
