My daughter is needing a Hawaiin dress or outfit... where could I get something like this reasonable priced? Any suggestions?

I second the thrift store. If you don't find anything there, buy some floral fabric and tie a sarong (no sewing required). Pair it with a lei and brightly colored top for a cute and tropical look.

I would try a thrift store for a Hawaiian shirt that can be worn over a tank top and skirt. If you have time you can order something online from Hilo Hattie (as suggested) or even eBay. There are even Disney themed aloha prints.

How old is she, and what does she need it for?

I'd try a thrift store, or bright colored tshirts from Target/Old Navy. Floral fabric for a sarong over the tshirt and shorts. Micheal's Craft Store ususally has lei's, straw hats, etc.

I have a Mickey one. What size does she wear?

Add flipflops and a flower in her hair. Couple it with a lei or shell necklace. Look at a party store or Oriental Trading Co for a grass skirt. I agree with hitting Goodwill for Hawaiian print shirts. She can always tie it in a knot at the waste and wear it with jeans or shorts.
