Hawaiian themed clothes for the family

Hi - I have seen websites that I can buy Hawaiian clothes for my family. Do people do that frequently? If so, when do they wear them? To the tropical deck party, or dinner? Wasn't sure if it was worth my money to buy them if we were only going to wear them for a couple hours for a tropical deck party. I thought about wearing them to dinner, on the night of the party. We are going on the 3 day cruise, so maybe they don't even do the party for this? Any thoughts?

We wear our tropical clothing when we board, at dinner, at the party. on excursions. We figure we are in the tropics so we dress tropical.

Oh, just to clarify. We DO have more than one set of tropical clothing.

I love the tropical clothing.. We all wore it to what used to be tropical night, now pirate night. From my understanding, it is on all cruises...They had only recently started this on our last cruise, so we stuck with what we had already purchased.. I saw a lot of people dressed in it...
