Hawaii may be happening again

Back when the Hawaii itineraries were available, what time of the year were they?

LAX

In 2015 they were in September, right after the Alaskan cruises ended (so around Sept 7-17 and the 17th to the 27th, something like that). Hopefully someone else knows the 2012 dates when it sailed from LA.

We were on the 2012 sailing to Hawaii from Los Angeles. From April 29 - May 14, it was fabulous! There was also one in October 2012, not 100% sure what dates.

2012 there were 2 round trip cruises out of LA - April & October.
2015 both one-way Vancouver/Hawaii cruises were in September.

My husband and I wanted to sail on the one-way Hawaii itinerary but because we plan our trips at least a year or two in advance, we cruised to Alaska the year they were introduced and planned on doing Hawaii the next year. We were all ready to book it the next year but it never materialized! I can't see how Disney can say that just because they weren't profitable one year that they would never be profitable and I really hope they bring that itinerary back so we can sail!

DCL is pretty notorious for trying a new itinerary for only a year and then dumping it, if it doesn't pay off quickly.

If it is, I hope that they do it round trip again. The first one was amazing. I didn't go the next time as I enjoyed the round trip.

The round trip was incredible, also saved the cost of a flight to or from Hawaii:) We were on the first trip as well, will be tough for a cruise to knock that one of our top spot.

Would love to see them do the round trip again, but of course not until my wife builds up enough vacation time in her new job;)

I agree with you. We've done a lot of their "first" itineraries like the Southern, PC, maiden voyage, Tortola, Hawaii, and I'm sure I have forgotten some but our very favorite was Hawaii by far.
