Having trouble with my computer mouse

I just brought a new Microsoft wheel mouse but it doesn't work as well as it should - the pointer doesn't move completely around the screen.

Any suggestions?

I'm no computer whiz, don't worry... But maybe have you tried the mouse settings on your comp? It sounds like more of a problem with your comp settings than the mouse itself. Hope you solve your problem, i know I'm not much help. Sorry!
