Having Trouble Getting DDE

We leave in a week and a half, so I'm trying to call to order the DDE card, but when I press one it tells me that my call can't be transferred. So is the office busy? I'm kind of freaking out here! Our trip is so close, DH has a BIG meeting tomorrow and may lose his job or be transferred across the state, and I'm not prepared for either of these events. Can someone hold my hand here and help me figure out what the deal is on the card? Thanks!!!!!!
 
I'm on hold with them right now. Did you push 2 at the first set of options, then 1 during the rundown of DDE? (I'm assuming you're an AP holder.)
 
I tried for days before 4/9/5. I finally tried again onsite for about 30 minutes, then called the WDW operator who tried and tried, and finally got through.

The person who answered said that the phone company had been onsite all day and that they had had phone problems.

Too many calls? :teeth:
 

I've called 407-566-5858, pushed 2 and then 1. When I pushed 1, that's when I got the blurb about not being able to transfer the call.

Update: Just got in am on hold. Thanks!!!! Now that this works, let's hope tomorrow goes well for my husband!!!!!!!!
 
Good luck, glad it worked this time. I just got through and ordered my own for my May trip! :)
