having trouble getting ahold of Kenny with golf carts....

I have emailed 2x and called 3x since last week. Is it really busy at the fort right now? Does it normally take this long to get a call back from him?
If I don't get an answer by tomorrow I'm going to bag getting a cart since we can always ride our bikes, but after all the good vibes about his company I'm really disappointed not to get a response.

I am having the same issue, we went ahead and booked with Steve. I hope everything is OK with him, maybe they are just very busy.

Oh hey I just wanted to let you know that I just got off the phone with Kenny. I actually thought it was a recording becuase you seemed to have some issue. He did ask if I had left him a message before, so he might be having some trouble with his voice mail or what not. You might try calling him back.

I just booked a golf cart for 3 days for $132.99, we are coming to the fort on the 20th and he still had availablity, but said that Halloween was full. Hope this helps.

Finally got my cart for Dec. Rate sounds ok too. So all is good.

We called him Saturday on our way down to see if he could bring us a cart. We talked a couple of times and I left him a couple of VMs while we were working out the details. It did seem like he was having trouble with his VM or cell service. One instance...I called and left him a VM once we arrived to let him know we were here. He called back and said are you guys there yet? I'm like yeah, we're set up. He said why didn't you call me? I said I did and left you a VM. He seemed a little confused and said OK, sorry.

I just have to say, we literally called him at like 11AM on Saturday while driving down with no reservation and he had us a cart before 7PM. That's service! Very nice guy and the rates were great!

I've talked with both Steve and Kenny. Our group needed a 6 passenger cart so contacted Steve first. He is going on vacation the week we are at the Fort so couldn't reserve one. He was very nice.

I booked with Kenny. I left a voice message and he called me back within 48 hours. He also was very nice and accomodating. He doesn't have 6 passengers but that's ok.


His phone may be like mine that picks up messages at bizzare times...usually when I go over a bridge on my way to work.

Just finished renting with Kenny. Called him 3 times always on a Saturday and he answered his phone every time. We found him very accomodating to us.
