Having trouble adding a ticker

My ticker is not showing up. I created a ticker, copied the BB code, pasted it in the About You section under Personal Details, and clicked save changes. Did I do something wrong?

You'll need to 1st get 10 posts, you currently have 6.
Then the options for an avatar and a signature will become available (about 30-60 minutes after the 10th post).
You want to put your ticker in the signature field.
