Should we switch to the third or fourth week of June instead? My primary concern is dealing with the “peak of the peak” summer crowds, especially with the large tour groups. I know it’s not going to be *that much* different (it’s summer I know it’s gonna be hot and crowded);but will going towards the end of June be a little better? The only thing I’m hesitant about is losing my adrs, and our July dates fall on my birthday
. Our only prior “summer” experience at Disney was our late August trip in 2011 which was low crowds and free dining
.....but with football and marching band schedules August is out completely; and early to mid June is out because of dance schedules (don’t even know how we can vacation at all with my kids schedules
), which is why I booked our July week. This won’t be our first (or last) WDW rodeo so we know to be more laid back with this trip considering the climate and crowds. But should we switch our dates if there is a chance the third to last week of June might be better?

. Looking forward to this being our “summer vacation” trip this year and not having to deal with the kids missing school or their activities like with our last couple of Disney trips.
