Having problems with VMK

Whenever I try to check my messages/friends list my browser locks up (I've tried this on both IE and FF) The same thing also happens whenever I receive a message. Is ayone else having this problem? Its driving me crazy!

mayb u need 2 just wait a little bit or try goin on a diff computer ( vmk usally locks up ) VMK theres been alot of VMK problems 2day & if if was towards when VMK opens well tats when its VERY slow & remember 2 always follow VMK values b/c if u didnt tat could b ur problem

Have you tried deleting your cookies and your temporary internet files yet? That could be part of the reason why.

Yeah I tried that. I also made sure my browsers excepted cookies.

Its crazy today
I crashed 7 times in less then 1 hour.

I just tried to go through the NPC's and I don't get anything from them... no message, no credits, nadda... same with music room. Oh well I guess i'll try to try back later lol. is everyone still getting messages for the ride-a-thon?

Yes, I am having the same problems with VMK. I log on and get into a room, any room, and then within a few minutes crash for no reason. I have no friends list. I go to check messages and crash.
It's crazy!!

u can give ur friend ur user and password then make a new name & take ur rare?

Yea the lag and everything is really bad today!
I went and did my dalies and was able to go to each room but never got any of the messages...but they did give me my credits!


I was able to finally just now complete the Fins Quest for me and my DH and a couple others mules! But that was a mess and a half. Kept crashing or I get stuck and go no where and so have to log and get back (thank goodness I could get back on) But just did a couple extras not all becasue it isn't worth it!
The one thing i will say about Fins quest... That was terrible wrong to have us go to Fantansyland with all this mess going on and then to end the quest there...not good vmk!
Now back to trying to the rides to get the prizes I hope!

I have to say this lag is the worst yet. I can't move or say anything...No messages, crash, DC...Gosh I love this game! LOL. I just finally got a message congratulating me for finding Captain Blackheart, too bad it has been 4 1/2 hours since I did that! Well time for a break, I think I'll go watch the grass grow...Much faster than this!

I've been having a problem with the backspace key since Friday. If I use it to correct a misspelling in a message to a friend or for making a comment in a room it will log off my character. I'm not sure why it's doing that. I'm only having a problem with the backspace key on VMK.

Lag has been awful, I'm not getting messages for clicking on any of the npcs or for the hedges. What a strange weekend. The heart hedges are pretty cool looking though.
