Having problems with ADR phone call

I"m calling 407-934-7639 and I keep getting the recorded message "We're sorry. All of the circuts are busy right now. Please try your call again later". I had the same problem yesterday. Anyone else experience this?

Any alternate phone numbers I can try to make my ADRs? Thanks!

Not with dining, but I've had that problem for the last two days calling the main reservations line too. Don't know if it is that Disney is getting higher than usual call volume (I doubt it, since my wait times when I did get through were 2-3 min) or if there is something else going on in the area. People calling us when I was a kid used to get that message if they were calling when one of the radio stations that shared our area code and exchange was running a contest.

I had that problem yestday when trying to call. About my 4th attempt the call finally went through. Don't give up.

Took me 6 or 7 attempts with "all circuits busy" but am now on hold (it has been over 6 minutes). They did had a message about higher than average call volumes

I believe since it is a toll call for most people that Disney doesn't want you on hold for more than several minutes so they only allow so many calls in the que.

Had that problem last night but with main reservations. Called back immediately 3 more times and got through finally.

Just to mention that if you do get the "circuits are busy" message, it's not going to help that much by hanging up and immediately calling back. In fact, it adds to the problem if you call back too fast and your first call doesn't really get cleared out of the already overloaded system. Yes, it's frustrating to get the message. But take a deep breath, wait a full minute, and then try again.

I know it's hard to remember but treat this just like when your PC gets locked up. You need to back off, give the machine a chance to rest and then try again.
