having problems accessing adrs?

i can't get the disney site to bring up my adrs, even when i search for them by number. is this just a problem w/ the "upgrade"? anyone else having this issue too? wondering if i should call them or not.

HUGE thread on this under Disney Dining Reservations. Tons of people are having same problem.

Yes I am here now and yesterday went online after being told at Via Napoli We were not on there list. When I logged into the site it said I have NO ADRS! Woman at podium at Via did not ask to see my confirmation number but they were taking walk ups so we got in right away anyway. After lunch we went back to concierge desk at BC and were told all the ADRs are still there but only under the confirmation number. The site got messed up with the upgrade. Concierge told us to give confirmation number if there is a problem. Went to YS last night and they looked us up on the computer and no issues- we were in the computer. Via Napoli was working off a paper list they had printed out so that may have been why we did not show up.
Just bring your confirmation numbers and any other printouts you may have.

This happened to us too. Called WDW and they had all of our reservations on file. Apparently this happens all the time.
