having issues with MDE

my FP day is coming up fast and Im watching the FP on my phone app

but now when I hit the MDE icon it goes right back to my icons I cant even sign up

anyone else having problems and how are you getting around it

Try the website instead of the app. Force stop the app and restart. Uninstall the app, and reinstall. Try from a computer. Use incognito mode in your browser. When all else fails, call Disney tech support, and they may be able to get you up and running.

The MDE app is really nice when it works, but terrible when its acting up.
We had success getting our FPs using the website in stead of the app at 60 days out.
 
I usually have more success with the website than I do with the app in any FP or ADR.
 

A long time CM (20 plus years) told me to use the website for planning and use the ap when in the parks. I recently had to delete the ap on my phone and reinstall it. I had problems onsite during trips too during the last couple years, constantly kicking me out of MDE, showing only one person having a FP, etc. Needs a lot of refreshing throughout the day. Not particularly magical.
 
Anyone having issues tonight with their MDE password and signing on? We are home attempting to check on magic bands when we try to sign on it says there is an issue with our password and its sending a link via email and guess what that's not happening!! Tried calling IT but over 1 hour wait for help.

I'm on hold right now :rotfl:it made me change my password because "something was fishy" It won't take my new password and I'm not getting the email to reset my password again.
