having groceries delivered to resort

Has anyone ever used CVS.com to have infant formula delivered to your resort? I know others have used netgrocer.com, but they do not have Isomil ready to feed.

I am just wondering about the reliability of such services and what the process is for having a package delivered to the BWV. Do I call the front desk ahead of time and how far in advance should I have the package delivered? How long does it normally take for delivery of such items?

I would really appreciate any help you can offer!
