Thanks to both of you! I just emailed customer support to ask how I can get the same offer.
I checked and didn't see it in my trash can. Interesting, because even though I paid using my other paypal linked email account, they sent the download links to my current email so I suppose any offers should have come to my current email. Hopefully they'll respond soon.

Just try to enter the code word on the offer and see if it discounts. I wouldn't worry about waiting for your own. I would assume the code is the same for everyone.
