I think Disney should offer the plan both ways..with and without tip included (with tip costing more of course). The servers wouldn't know until it came time to present the check who has what plan..this might eliminate the problems previous diners had thinking service was slow because they were on the plan...and people who prefer to have it all bundled ahead of time would be glad tip was included. Seems like it would be simple enough.
