having an issue transferring gift cards

Ive been transferring my disney gift cards onto one card
I get to the last one and after I put in the info it just keeps spinning
so I log off and back on this time I get a message
"something went wrong and to try again later"
Ive tried several times and I keep getting the same message
Isure hope the money is still on the card
any advice please

Did you try clearing your cookies?

It depends on your browser. My work computer uses Edge. I click on the 3 dots, scroll down to settings and click on it. Cookies are about half way down the column on the left. Each browser is a little bit different.

Actually I’m afraid I’ll delete something I shouldn’t do all I have to do is click where it says cookies thanks I’ll give it a try

Did you get this resolved? I combined some recently and that wasA fear the whole time…that something would go wrong and some of our money would vanish.

Actually yes I did thanks. I first called the number on the back which gave me my balance which I was afraid I lost somehow with how the site was working. I next sent a contact us form. The reply was that it was the wrong 8 digital code. Which I know I checked several times. Although I couldn’t get all the stickey off so maybe I was putting in the wrong number. Glad it worked for you with no issues.
