Actually that's all I needed to know, i'm pretty good at this stuff but I didn't realized you have to use a photo hosting site, Thanks!

These are the nondeluxe outfits....They are ALL CUTE, but we like the traditional cultural outfits....Lucy's is German this time. My daughters do a different country each time.

I have tons of German Doll pics if anybody wants to see more dolls.

Here's our last day when we wound up on a bum monorail and had to hoof it from TTC to GF. Took some nice pics though & had fun. :) It was a beautiful day to walk. The GF is so pretty from this view. We haven't walked this path between the Poly and GF many times before and I think actually only at night.

THANKS for looking! It was fun for me to go thru them.:goodvibes

Channing, I loved the photos. :thumbsup2 Easter looked like a great time at the GF. I would love to see more photos of the dolls. I have a few collectible dolls and I never knew that shop was there. But then again with 2 boys I was probably never aloud in there! :rotfl: :rotfl: Thanks for the photos!:thumbsup2

Oh! You have to go in there....sometimes Helmut Engel the owner of the co is there from Germany and he signs the dolls for you if you like. The outfits are gorgeous and I think they are handmade. The store also sells Steiff and they have adorable things. Fun to look.:goodvibes

I took a lot of pics while standing around waiting for Lucy's doll's hair to be curled.:rotfl:

These babydolls are adorable....I think they are $200 and over. They are weighted and feel so real to hold. They are so sweet. These dolls are premade, you don't make these babies. The dolls that you can make are 18 inch dolls and fit into American Girl clothes - not the shoes, though. These dolls have chubbier feet than AG dolls do.

These are smaller dolls - maybe 10 to 12 inches and are about $90 premade.

Another cute baby....

Are you kidding....Never too many photos!!! You guys looked like you had a great time!! Don't you love having a great camera? I enjoy taking pictures so much! I checked out the camera you have and it looks great, but I might as well stick to my Cannon, yours is just a tad smaller. Besides no camera I have takes pictures like my big one. I really didn't mind keeping it over my shoulder. I think I took more pictures because it was out all the time.

I can't wait to go, at least I could book my Cabanas soon!!!

If forgot to ask how did Jojo do without going to BBB???princess:

The only thing we've ever gotten in Germany is Beer and Pretzels!!!:cool1:

But we will definitely have to go check out those dolls!!

My girls are going to LOVE those dolls. I was going to have American Girls shipped to the resort for Christmas but I think I will just do this instead. That looks sooo fun and the dolls are beautiful. Thanks for sharing!:)

Also- How long did it take to make 2 dolls? Thanks!

trying a different way to try and make the IMG things go away..... Yay there we go, Thanks again Lives!

Alicnwondrln - and anyone else who answered, thanks for telling me about the Sci Fi. I feel like there are so many things I'm going to miss! Maybe a good reason for another trip.

Channing - Great pics! Your kids have a great sense of style. They must have inherited from Mommy.

Cinderumbrella - Nice maneauvering! Have a great trip!

Spacec47 - Have a fabulous trip! Send lots of photos!

Tracy

ps - anyone heard from Praline?

Kelly....BAD NEWS.....they no longer (as of the psat 3 months or so) have the Disney outfits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:scared1: :scared1: :scared1: I am so bummed....I always wanted Lucy to get the Alice doll. They said they are having "meetings" about maybe getting the Disney outfits back, but nothing as of yet.

Vanessa.
..Jojo's doll didn't take more than 40 minutes or less even. It was Lucy's hair that took the time. That hair came out of the package like a birds nest.:rotfl: :rotfl: That poor girl had to hand comb and curl each little lock around her fingers and comb. It took 2 hrs or close to it. Mostly really it takes 1/2 hr to 45 minutes unless your girls choose that long curled hair. These German dolls are better quality than AG dolls. Your daughters will LOVE these dolls.

Annette, Jojo didn't say "Boo" about BBB.:rotfl: I bought her a new Jasmine outfit and Jasmine shoes and she didn't even wear it. She didn't wear half her stuff anyway because the weather got so chilly toward the middle of our trip. She had so many hair bows and stuff so no BBB didn't phase her once we were there. BTW...I have no idea where Praline is! KELLY??? I think I will email her and see what's what. Maybe her internet is out again?? It's been a few weeks though.:confused3

Gotta run! My luggage is still no unpacked.....I am so bad about that & then being sick I am so not in the mood.:rotfl: I just stopped by the computer to update my ipod and then get to work here.;)

Channing

I am so happy she was ok with it!!!

Our kids will drive us crazy!!!

Do you by any chance remember if B&C have nonfat or lowfat icecream. My DD is Lactose intolerant!!!

tholczer

I didn't answer you before, but I just wanted to give you my opinion on the Sci Fi.

We love it!!! There is no place in world you could see something so cute!! The food is just OK, we go for a late lunch and enjoy the burgers, artichoke dip and DS liked the chili. You are definitely not going there for the food, but the place is a blast!!

Spacec - Have a WONDERFUL TIME!!!!:wizard: :wizard:

We LOVE the Sci Fi, too!!!! All 5 of us get a kick out of it. The food is ok, but it's a neat place.:goodvibes Hey! We like the artichoke dip, too!! Lucy usually gets the chili for her meal. How do you like that?!? So obviously there are a couple good choices. haha...

Annette,
I do not think B & C has anything less than full fat icecream. I believe they have sherbert. (ICK - hate that stuff) but nothing low or fat free in the way of yummy icecream. Sorry.:guilty:

Ipod is syncing....then I am moving....:rotfl: :rotfl: I am in Dis withdrawal I think....:rotfl:

Thanks for all the great pix and trip details!

I haven't been on here - we were at Disney's VB all last week for Easter having a great time! We almost went up to WDW for the day on Tuesday,3/25, since the weather turned cool, but DH didn't want to because of the crowds. ( party pooper) We talked to a family the next day who went and they said it was unbelievably crowded- they got fastpasses for Peter Pan at 9am and the return time was 6pm - so we were glad we didn't attempt it.

Thanks for the update on the floor in the GF lobby. We are keeping our June RPC ressie and hoping for no construction going on while we are there!:wizard:

Channing your pictures are awesome! They are getting me even more excited:cool1:
Do they still have the disney outfits for the Disney Girl Dolls? I was hoping to get the Aurora for my DD?

I am taking a break from all of the packing:goodvibes
Tons to do and only 41 hours until we leave:scared1:

Christine
