It's about 6 inches tall so not real big. I am going to cut it like a regular round layer cake and hope for the best!!

Just make sure you use Pam for Baking cuz it could be a nightmare to unmold it with all the nooks and crannies!!! Also, it needs about 8 cups of batter (which is about 1.5 boxes of cake mix) Mine is a little under sized since I only used one.

Wilton Tip # 12 (round tip) The cake pan has the "indents" of a cupcake liner. I went all around doing the "inside" lines first and then the "outside lines" I dipped my finger in corn starch to flatten the outside lines and added the star sprinkles.

Mare, I LOVE MY PATHFINDER!!! EVen Zack who is almost 6 ft tall can fit in the very back row comfortably!! I don't get your situation.

I have had Toyotas forever...this is my first Nissan and I am SUPER HAPPY!!!!

My situation is two big @ss Britax car seats in the back seat! The two seats are so large that it's uncomfortable for a third person to sit next to them and almost impossible to get a third carseat in - which I do at times for my niece. I just have to slam the door and all three carseats are smooshed together. It's just not family friendly

I don't care so much for cargo space, I have an umbrella stroller in the trunk and I like to put my groceries in the net thingy. I guess I want a little more luxury and some elbow room

A friend of ours has the Mercedes M Series SUV (I'm not good with the numbers!) And she has three carseats in the back seat and says they fit fine. So DH is going to check it out this week. He also went to see the Lexus SUV and said it was nice. I honestly don't care, I just want something soon!

Oh, DS4's carseat is not normal! It's seriously like a throne it's so huge! It's the largest carseat on the market. It's supposed to last until he's 80 lbs. They say you should keep them in a five-point harness as long as possible. So we bought this seat instead of a booster seat. He's comfy in it, it's just a HUGE seat! (If anyone cares or is interested it's the Britax Regent). My niece is the same age and has the same big seat. My DS1 has a "medium" size seat!

It's just now so crazy - we need a car to accommodate the car seats!!

Kristen, your cake is amazing! Your so talented!

My friend paid a small fortune for a very similar cup cake cake from the famous Magnolia Bakery for her son's birthday.

It tasted horrible! They put so much sugar syrup to keep the cake moist that it was way too sweet. I also hate fondant and that's what they used for the paper wrapper part.

I bet your cake tastes delicious!

Mare -- we have the Britax Regent too. I LOVE the seat. Our boys will be in them until they are done with car seats/boosters all together. I love how safe they are.
I can't believe you have a car in the city. Parking costs are OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!

It's just now so crazy - we need a car to accommodate the car seats!!

I am LOL at this because two years ago we had a truck with the second row that I had my 3 car seats lined up in but had no space for baby #4! We waited until 2 weeks before she was born to get a minivan and it is still tight with 4 in car seats/boosters! My DH keeps saying we need a suburban but I am hesitant with GAS so high! Seriously even with a mini van the back seat is so small we can't honestly take a 7th person! Those car seats take up so much space! When is says seating for 7 I think or 4 car seats and two adults!

Actually it was hilarious b/c I went into labor while we were doing paper work and we went straight to the hospital. I asked the dealership for a garbage bag to protect the seat just in case my water broke! When I called my doctor to tell him I was going to the hospital he asked me how far away we were and I said " Not far I was in town buying a minivan!" HE cracked up and said " geez you cant wait to fill that new van up can you?" I was in the hospital all night with labor that just stopped! I had a crazy two weeks with labor that just would start and stop, so frustrating! I walked around for 2 weeks at 5-6 CM trying to avoid being induced since I wanted a natural child birth! LOL! Let's just say my darling DD2 is still stubborn!

Mandy, that is hysterical! You have a great birth story (or at least start of labor story to tell your DD when she is older)!

We have a Honda Odyssey and right now DS3 and DS 2 are in the second row, with DSS in the back. When this new little guy comes, we are going to move DS3 and DS2 in the back and put the baby and DSS in the second row. After that, we have NO MORE ROOM! We will either have to get a bigger car or start strapping kids to the roof rack!
