The plan is to start today!! I am starting that pre pack stress, I always panic not enough sock, underwear, t-shirts.....Then I over pack by so much its not funny!! By Tuesday I'll have everything but the kitchen sink in my luggage.

Then I love when Natalie starts taking things out that she wants to wear. I look at her and say to myself....Didn't I pack that!!!

I suppose it's just another whatever for you in Scotland. I just think it is the most sexy handsome thing a guy can wear. Or maybe it's just Scottish men I think are so great. I have a thing for Craig Ferguson.

Good Morning!!

I am so tired from getting ready for this vacation, I am going to need another. Between, haircuts, waxing, manicures, pedicures, groomer, vet, dry cleaner, facial I am exhausted!!!!

The only person packed is my DH, he's the biggest baby and drives me crazy until he's done. So...He's done!!! Today I'll do both the kids and tomorrow me!!

Hey, I am still waiting for pictures from the IL gals meeting!!!

Its sooooo hot here!!!

For those of you who don't live within driving distance of Orlando, what is the shortest vacation you've taken to Disney? Has anyone ever done a weekend just to get their fix?

Kelly!! Have a lot of fun!! That sounds like a dream day for a little boy! I hope it's good for you guys too! I bet Anty and Shawn will have a BLAST.

ANNETTE!!! Isn't packing and getting ready the pits/!?!??!? OMG...it is sooo tiring. I hear ya. I waited too long and too close to the last minute & wound up leaving my house kind of in a bad state. I hate coming home to a messy house! THAT is the PITTS!!!

Lesley - our shortest trips have been 4 nighters. SUPER FUN FILLED JAM PACKED DAYS! They were loaded with fun but NO rest and no relaxing...just go go go. We haven't done that during busy seasons,either...that would amke a big difference IMO. We have done the long weekend trips in Jan and Feb. Sometimes on my longer trips - like this most recent one - we get too lazy. We see a line and figure we'll be back and do it when the line is less....doesn't happen. We get into lazy mode and just don't live Disney to it's fullest, haha....but on our shorter trips we go crazy nuts with parks and shopping and it's just a crammed schedule full of mega Disney. Almost overload and I can only do that type of vacation for a short time to keep the energy level so high. WE come home and crash and burn.

Morning Everyone!

Sorry for the sudden departure last night but I got kicked off AGAIN , so I decided 4 times was enough! I noticed DH had a window mininmized and sometimes our computer acts up when we've got a couple open, so I think thats what went wrong!

We live in MA, and did an 'extended weekend' at WDW before, from Fri-Mon. My dad was down there with his students, and we couldn't stand it how he got to go and we couldn't, lol. So we decided (since my mom couldn't take too many days off work) to go down for a weekend to get our Disney fix. (but I think this trip made our Disney craving worse, because we ended up booking a week stay later that year ).


And just to add, We'll be at the GF (for the 6th time!) in 3 days!!! (I can't hold in my excitement)

We have done a couple 4 night trips, doing so again in December. We go on Thursday and come back on Monday. Since I discovered SWA, we have been going 2 times a year. Have been going for 7 nights in the spring and 4 in December. On the Dec trips we just concentrate on the Christmas things and not try to do too much.
