Mike, if you are even thinking VIP guide...I'd do it over Xmas. That week is insanely crowded. I have been to WDW July 4th week and several weeks in August for the past few yrs and it's been nothing compared to what we expereienced on our Xmas trip. I think for that Xmas week I might even be able to convince my DH to do it if we ever go during Xmas again.

I didn't make my daily Target visit! - I had all kinds of things come up! DD lost her goggles so I'll be there tommorow to get my $15 headset! I'll have to chat the regular way tonight!

It's been a long day and I am not up for being accused of "Slamming" strangers on teh thread that I didn't "Slam".....that woman is the nastiest person on the boards....I only post on the more friendly threads and she ruins it for me becuase she's such a rag....and what Andrea said.

So....anyway....I am probably in trouble, but whatever.

Mike...sorry...you need to be prepared...knowledge is power. Make those ADRs, have those plans set, and if you are thinking VIP - do it over Xmas. Also, think about nonpark activities and other things to do....the GF never seemed crowded excpet the lobby in the evenings.

Well it disappeared really quickly ...gee I wonder WHO didn't like it?? Could it have been Dawn?? OR.... Princesses???? Or that new one, Cinder Shelley??

I just hope the one that it was directed to saw it before it went *poof* and I earned myself my first bit of points. Then it would be worth the effort.
I am sooo sick of her. Well I am going to put her on ignore once I figure out how to do that.... I am not replyingn to a thing that bat says anymore....she is nobody to me other than a bat.

I am sitting her with my $15 TARGET headset on....I tried to call Kel but she didn't answer....I guess I have already made a name for myself....my reputation is tarnished...

Can someone tell me about the GF photo shoot? I want to do this..when can I make a reservation? I have heard there are different levels, etc.?

Just looking for some info. I read the first 5 pages of FAQ and couldn't find it so I hope you helpful fun people will give me the skinny.

Yep...so long Amish me ....unbuttoning or unvelcroing or whatever Amish clothing has on it....it's gone...*Poof* like my post. hmmm....now what do I wear?? Who am I?? I feel like that Talking Heads song...."This is not my beautiful house....this is not my beautiful wife..." So confused and displaced "And you may ask yourself Am I right? ...am I wrong? And you may tell yourself My god!...what have I done?" ..... not a nun habit ....not the Hooters thingy...(kristin has that on ).....maybe a clown costume...you know I could dig out that old Eeyore skirt....that makes for a lot of laughs.

Channing~ The Dis would be totally boring without your Amish humor. I missed your post but I am sure it was a good one!

Well~ since it keeps raining we are off to St. Louis for a lovers weekend. It is dh's Bday and my SIL is going to watch the girls and we are going to watch the Cardinals! WOOHOO! I do not have hotel reservations yet...nothing like waiting until the last minute so my fingers are crossed.

I hope everyone has a nice weekend! Be good Channing~ I do not want to come back and you be completely poofed from the boards!

My DS is graduating today, so I am not going to be able to check in until tomorrow, but I have a question. What happened to the WDW package we used to get. I was so excited to get my luggage tags etc.

Surprise!!! No Surprises!!! No plastic case, no luggage tags just stickers for the luggage and a little booklet with flight info.??????

Tell me something else is coming and this is not it????

Sounds like you only got your DME stuff... the luggage tags should follow separately in about a week or so...

I did this last year when it first came out. I think you can reserve it 30 days in advance (but no sooner). Here is some info from the Dis main page:

Additionally, you can schedule a 30 minute one-on-one session with a PhotoPass Photographer at the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa or the Polynesian Resort. The two package options are:

$49.95 - Sitting Fee only
$124.95 - Sitting Fee plus all of the PhotoPass pictures taken by PhotoPass photographers throughout your stay on a PhotoPass CD (See below for 20% discount offer)
The sessions can be booked up to 30 days prior to arrival. The number to call is: 407-824-1700 .

Basically, you and your party and a photopass photographer walk around the resort and take pictures for about 30 minutes in some of the more scenic areas of the resort (various lobby pics, on the beach, near the pool etc.) We enjoyed it and got some terrific shots, but some on the Dis didn't feel it was worth it...
