Hey everyone! Hope you all are having a great weekend!

I am REALLY going to start washing, ironing and PACKING today! The kids are both doing basketball camps this week so they won't be wearing any clothes they will need for the trip. I had a little talk with them and DH about what they could wear this week so I'm not stuck washing their fav outfit at midnight on Friday!

I gave up on packing. I'll just do it on Tuesday (the day before) like I always do. I really thought I'd be ahead of the game this time.....

McDonalds has Kung Fu Panda happy meals out right now. The one I ordered yesterday had a big panda bear that makes karate sounds when you move him.

Well, I did a bunch of kids laundry and I've got the ironing board out so I'm hoping to start ironing tonight! I will be wearing some of the clothes I want to wear down there this week so I probably won't pack for me til Thursday!

Part of my excuse is that it is a surprise for our stepson and I don't want him to see me packing anything. ok that is a lame excuse but it's true!

We got that the other day!! it was great because Jojo is a mega panda fan/collector, too!! Perfect. She has wanted to see this movie for a LONG time and it was adorable. I really liked it!! I snoozed a bit in "Indiana Jones" LOL but I stayed awake in "Kung Fu Panda"! It was cute and I think it even had some good messages in it. Jojo LOVED it.

You guys get packing!!!!! It's getting close!!!

Good Morning , Its my seniors offical last day of school. I was taking pictures this morning of him in the same spot that we took of him on his first day of kindergarten! How sad!!

Awww.......that is sad. The time goes soooo quickly. That is sweet about taking the pics in the same place. My DS will be a senior next year....I still remember what he wore his first day of kindergarden!! Seems like it was last week. oh...the memories....it's been a rough ride!

I have a 17.5 yr old , an almost 12 yr old and my 8 yr old "baby" .....I can handle the first two growing up but not my baby....that' is gonna be tough.

Good luck and happy graduation! I bet it's emotional.

Hey, Mandy!! Well.....today is my girls' last day of school!! I am waiting for a call from Lucy any minute that she missed the bus...one last time.

So...today is a good Monday here!

I had to do the shopping and errands in the a.m.
and then I just hung out and read the sunday paper, clipped coupons and then hung with DH. It was so hot we closed up house and put on the AC.
Then I had the Celtics last night. I went by the chat but there was no one there.

WE start school in just 4 short weeks I don't wanna but we take so much time off in December and the Spring so it's worth it!

ya...it was busy here over the weekend BUT IT"S OVER!!! ....well i went on about 10 pm here and had a long chat w/dawn and sheli....SHELI is a maniac!! She stayed on with me til almost 2 am her time!!! I think Sheli is a secret party girl. We had a fun talk. Dawn had school today so she had to bail but it was fun.

I was getting teacher gifts wrapped and ready til late and Col was on playing his new game....PLUS we slept in until 11 yesterday morning, haha..so I had trouble falling asleep at 1:30 am last night!

Morning everyone!

DS4 has a sprinkler party at school today. I was rushing around all morning packing his beach towel, change of clothes and crocs. Tomorrow's their last day so today they're having a "beach party in the alley way" - such a city thing! They're celebrating for all the kids who have summer birthdays. He was so excited to wear his swimsuit to school instead of his uniform.

It is so HOT here today. At 7:30 am, when we left to walk to school, it was already 80 degrees!!!

I'm doing my last load of laundry - hopefully! - before we leave. I have all our stuff on top of our suitcases, now I just have to actually pack them

Hey, anyone know about the strollers you can purchase at WDW? This really nice mom on the family thread offered to leave me hers tomorrow. She didn't want to carry it home. She's staying at the ASM, but her daughter is doing the tea party at the GF, so she's going to leave it with the luggage dept for me. How kind of her! I figured I'd take it for my DS4 should he need it or just for times when I don't need the double stroller (like going to the pool). I think it's a Kolcraft?? I was just wondering if it reclines?? I promised her I'd return the favor and try to give it away to a family in need at the end of my vacation.

Well, off to pay more bills, fold my laundry and hopefully START PACKING!!!!

I forgot to ask, anyone have any fastpass tips they can give me? I remember Mandy's great plan of going to breakfast in Epcot but stopping before to grab a Soaring fastpass. Then after breakfast on her way to Soaring stopping by Test Track to grab a fastpass. I'm so doing that!!

We've never had any real strategies for touring the parks. We were always very laxed. Whatever we saw, we saw. But now DS4 has a list of must dos and I need to make sure we cover everything on his list.

My DH is all about the food in WDW! He could careless about going on one ride. Just feed him!

I know how fastpass works, and that it will tell you when you can get another one.

I HOPE we can get on Toy Story Mania!!! I'm dying to see it!!

Chan, I am surprisingly awake today considering the 4 hours of sleep I got...less than 4 even, because I watched tv for almost another hour.

Maybe coffee at 11pm is a bad idea?!?!

Ha ha! I didn't plan that it was just spontaneous! It was a great plan.... not sure if you know this but when you get a FP it has the time that the next FP is available! A lot of people think you have to go on the ride before you can get another FP not true, I am the FP queen! Also if you can't make it back to the ride in the window time they accept a FP ANY time after the return time, make sense?
