Well I had a marathon scrapbooking day today... whew im tired! Getting lots of pages done! Now im watching IronMan with the guys....

Chan..great sandals....

Siobhan and Kelly....OMG I love shopping makeup, purses, shoes, just about anything! I wish I lived closer and I would come with!

Chan......YAY for buying the flip flops . Now is as good a time as any to order something so summery with this crappy winter weather we're having . We just got home and it's FREEZING .....and it's SNOWING HARD . My truck temperature was showing 24 degrees but it sure feels colder than that......not that 24 degrees is warm .....but compared to what we've had the last few days it still feels VERY BRUTAL . I'm tellin' ya......this winter is gonna do me in if spring doesn't get here FAST .


Hey Dawn ......WTG on the scrapbooking.....glad you're getting lots done . You mentioned loving to shop.......we'll have to do a shopping/Maggiano's meet........maybe in the spring once this wicked weather is done . I'm sure Chan & Kristin would be up for it . I could go for a day of shopping and a Maggiano's lunch.....that would be fun .

It's sunny here today but still cold . We're supposed to get a heat wave later this week and hit the low 30s . Not much going on here today......DH and DS went snowmobiling and I'll be watching football . No day off for us tomorrow as we get Presidents Day but not MLK . So tomorrow it's back to reality .

Good Morning All!

I am back from computer limbo...computer was fine in the afternoon...by evening!! crash...no one knows what happened But the teens come home from school and computer problems... Its not easy to have no computer for several days...felt like a month!!!

They have their own lap tops have told them repeatedly NOT to use my computer(obviously they dont listen...)...anyway its finally fixed...

The only good thing is after being sick for a week I had alot of house stuff to catch up on and having no computer did get me to really catch up...

I have about a hundred pages to catch up on.... I'm gonna try...

OMG what happened to the smilies....they are all mixed up and there are lots of new ones....

Missed chatting with you all...I'm off to catch up ...TTYL

I hate when football ends. It is so depressing....It wasnt the same for me this year, losing Brady sucked. He will be back next year though...watch out.
I cant imagine not watching football with my family on Sundays its a huge tradition.

I know what you mean. We just started going to high school games about 3 years ago since my brother coaches and once that ends, we always say we having nothing to do on Friday nights until next season . Now NFL is coming to an end so our Sundays will be empty. Ya......without Brady I'm sure it just wasn't the same for you. Just think....next year he'll be back in full swing ready to go .

Good Morning!!
I have had a great weekend! I had a lot of fun yesterday with Kelly and then my family last night! I watched the Foo Fighters at Wembley Stadium in concert after chatting and I had to watch the whole thing (until 11:30)because it was soo good! The FF's remind me of dating my DH moons ago! There were soo many people there, it was amazing! Then I watches a little SNL and I must have fallen asleep then...Oh and I started talking to an old friend on facebook and I couldnt be happier about that! We were such good friends and I guess life just happened! It is a male so I think my DH must have been jealous..for no reason seeing as how he is gay...I am so excited to talk to him again!!!

Good morning besides the snow! I have been waiting to try my new makeup from yesterday so I am off! We have a family dinner today and I look forward to that! I am making a coconut cream pie with a toasted coconut top! Yummy!

Oh and good news gals...My MIL offered...thats right, OFFERED to watch the kids on Thursday of the trip so I dont have to pay my babysitter up the wazoo!!!! More shopping for me at Summer Lace!!! Well the least I could do is get her something!!! See Dawn...you must think about what we talked about last night!!!!

BlueSkies......Glad you're feeling better and things are getting back to normal for you . I usually don't have much trouble getting on my computer since DS13 got a laptop for Christmas . DS15 didn't want one but he's always using his brother's.....go figure . But that's fine with me because I have my computer all to myself .

Oops!! I edited my post because I meant for the trip! I would of had to pay my sitter almost $150 for the day!

I slept in...omg..did I have weird freaky dreams last night ALL NIGHT. I feel tired from them. And they were all about our trip!!!! Nothing bad...just odd. Oddly weird. or weirdly odd...but they were disturbing.

The boys are still sleeping....yeah..Z had 2 friends over. Oh...and remember he was going to Jewel to buy me milk? He forgot the milk. I asked him about milk right before I went to bed and he said...."OH.....snap. I forgot". So...nobody be wishing they had a teen driver so they can run out and get ya stuff.

Chan i had some weird dreams too...one was so bizzare that i had to wake my self up (involved a dentist and getting extras on the side) ICK!!!!

Siobhan...I LOVE Summer Lace...thats where i bought my sunglasses last time i was there (Tommy Bahama) and never saw them out and about! I know thinking..thinking...hoping...hoping...

Kel...the way you think about football is the way we think about baseball around here...we all watch the White Sox except for 1 DS he is a Cubs fan!

Spring training starts in 25 days when pitchers and catchers report, first game with BC is in 38 days. That is what you do on Sunday afternoons. I really don't care who wins the game today. Since the Pats aren't playing I lost interest. I suppose I should be watching the Eagles since I grew up in PA near Philadelphia. It was nice that you and Siobhan got to go makeup shopping yesterday. I wear Everyday Minerals and my new blush is Theme Park. Now all I need is Siobhan's tiara eyeshadow and I will be all set for my trip.


It is snowing here too, but is mixing with rain so we didn't get too much. It snows for awhile and then rains for awhile and back to snow.
61 days until spring.

I am finishing up my laundry and have been pricing out our next trip. I am thinking of going in October for our anniversary instead of December. We were there the last three Decembers. Last year we wanted to go for our Anniv and by the time I started looking in the spring there wasn't anything left for our dates. Well, nothing where I wanted to stay. I admit it, I am a hotel snob.
