Good Morning everyone,

I'm here doing I did one load and when I put in the second the display starting flashing F and dL. Don't know what that means, the code is not in the book. So before I called for service I unpluged it, that didn't work so I just kept pushing buttons and finally it worked. Hope it keeps on working. I have to take my car to the garage Monday. The fan is making a terrible noise. Everything seems to break at once.

Maxie......I hope it's nothing major with your washer . And you're right.......things like that happen all at once.....it can't be one thing at a time . My goal today is getting out my Christmas decorations so I can get that done . DH and DS13 left about 1/2 an hour ago so it's just me and DS15.....which makes for a quiet house .....that is until he decides to play the drums . I should be able to get alot accomplished today .....IF I can stay off the computer .

OK this is the story of my life..... I am busy cleaning or doing something and DH calls and asks or says can you go online and do this or that..... Like he can't operate a computer Then i check my email and then I pop on facebook to approve a friends request, then over to check on the GALS the the DIS....... before you know it i have been online for 45 min when I was suppose to be online for 5! I have gotta turn this thing on! I wonder if I can get a power strip that i can set a timer and it turns off after so long ?????

Gotta go! I have a ton of catch up cleaning to do since i was a little busy taking care of sickies and then catching the virus from he**!

what a hangover from yesterday's Dis.

Finally nice and cold here in NY 26 degrees.
BUT with wet weather coming in a few days we will back to 40 and it will be rain not snow!!!

Marvel you driving down reminds me of when I went to NYC in HS. We went by bus! That was the worst trip ever We had three buses and a bus broke down before we could get out of FL and we sat at a walmart in Daytona for 6 hours waiting for a new buss to come, A driver abandoned us in NC (checked out in the middle of the night and said he was use to taking groups of senior's not high schoolers) and we waited about 5 hours to get a new one, then a kid got a chicken bone stuck in his throat at a buffet in VA and had to have emergency surgery and of course i was on the buss that had to stay and wait fro him to be discharged........ needless to say i want to go back, but by plane this time!

OK seriously...turning this thing off!

Hey Mandy- I still see your green light! BTW, can you do anything about the weather in the next couple of weeks? 60 degrees isn't going to cut it for me! I hope you are feeling better today!!

I am supposed to be cleaning, but I am here instead! Tomorrow we are having a "heat wave"- aka 46 degrees and sun!!! I am going to make DH put up the outside Christmas lights. Rest assured, traditionalists, we don't turn them on until the day after Thanksgiving.

It's still VERY cold here and there's still snow on the ground . DH and DS headed to South Bend where they supposedly have 12+ inches of snow . Maybe I'll have them bring some back so I can send it your way . Believe me........I'd send you what we have if I could because I can't stand cold and snow .




Kristin......Since Florida weather is so unpredictable in December.....you need to take a trip in the summer and then again in December so you get the best of both worlds . When we went in December 2003 it was FREEZING . All of us had to buy coats and gloves it got so cold . I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that the weather will turn around and be warm for your stay .


I better get moving so I can get this house decorated .

I was actually up at 5:30am. The "mom" clock went off and I thought TIME TO GET LUCY UP FOR THAT STUPID BUTT BAND BUS. But then....I was up and tripped over my dog....fell on the floor and realized...HEY..it's Saturday. So I went back to bed...(lol I typed "BAD") No..I am Amishly nice. NOT BAD. Ugh..Maxie...maybe it was juts off balance or something. I hope nothing major. Although.....I am loving my hugongo front loaders. But Xmas is a bad time to need new appliances......YES, everything breaks at once....that's the way of the world.

Aw...DAwn....But...you have February!! IMO that is going to be more fun than any 2 wk family vacation I have EVER TAKEN IN MY LIFE!!! I told my kids....I think after Feb...I will be so over family vacations.

That's the story of my life.....too...OMG..now I have that Morrissey song in my head.

I get on this computer to do a little bit of something and it gets carried away and i am on for a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooong time.

I am glad you are feeling better!!! Isn't it the truth...when I am sick and feeling half dead I notice fur on the carpet....dust on the surfaces....junk lying around....and it annoys me. Other times when I am able to DO something about it I DON"T CARE - and it stays messy!!!
