My mom, sister and I adopted a kitten from a shelter back in October, and ever since, I'm been addicted to seeing her! I live on my own, but I seem to stop home every day just to see that little ball of fur. She has only meowed a few times, otherwise she squeaks
Just love those nose kisses and face rubs, anyone else feel this way?

, she's Siamese which doesn't help. But, I love them all. I have a 7 month old kitten and she's my little princess!
I spend more money on their food than I do my own!
I thought it would be a long time before I could bear to have a cat again, but there was a situation where I was asked to take one in and reluctantly I said I'd give it a trial run. She never went back to her original owner. She's such a sweetheart, so affectionate. I hate to even think of anything happening to her. I know I would want another cat, but also know that with us wanting to semi-retire in a few years it might not happen as we're going to want to do more traveling and it's harder to do that with pets. But I just can't imagine a house without a cat.
Love the names.
. Fortunately the kids aren't allergic to him at all ( he is long haired and sheds little). Now my kids carry him around like he's a real baby, and he loves to play (at 1 1/2 years old, he's still a kitten), but unfortunately at 15 pounds he can't wrap himself around my neck as easily (although he tries!!)
