So I know dogs are not allowed in Disney Housing, but I was thinking of finding an apartment and moving down there with my dog. I am getting my second degree currently, and will be graduating in August. I saw this degree as an opportunity to get to do the CP, something I missed out on while getting my bachelor's degree (I studied abroad in Italy and then in London instead). I want to move down to Florida regardless of doing the CP or not, but I thought it would be a great experience and I could network while I am down there before "officially" moving down. For the CPers who have done the program before, do you think it would be too much work to take care of your dog as well as working and getting everything possible out of the program?? I do not know if it is fair to her or to me to bring her with me. My parents have said they would take care of her for as long as necessary, but she and I are very attached and I don't know if I could be away from her for that long. They also said they would bring her down to visit whenever possible, but I do not know if bringing her and her seeing me and then leaving is best for her either. I could really use some advice guys. I know it seems silly, but this is really the only Con on my Pro/Con list for doing the program (I know I'm nerdy
), but it is a really really big Con for me!!
Thanks so much for any advice and help.
