That's weird because we've had the same DVC Member cards since we became members (5+ years ago) and there is no mention on it of an expiration date.

I'm glad we aren't the only ones still waiting for our cards. I was told by MS, a few weeks ago, that we might get them and might not. I was VERY dissatisfied with the conversation. First negative conversation I have ever had with them.

Exactly. There was no expiration date on the card. Disney feels people are continuing to use the card even after selling their membership. I read here on the DIS that the old card was valid till the end of March. You can download a temporary card or order a new one here:

I finally called yesterday and asked for cards to be sent. In our case it may have been a mail issue, not DVC problem. MS took our info and said they would send us the new cards and that it could take a couple of weeks. We'll see.

I am still waiting for cards (other than the digital version on the site). Did not have them two weeks ago so ordered them using the provided link. Still don't have them.

We never have received ours either. In fact we haven't received the Spring Disney Files other. We get other mail from DVC, just not that stuff. Now I am wondering if they will be sending out these cards to everyone with all these changes.

I haven't received my membership cards in the mail yet as all were to be mailed by 4/1, HOWEVER, I did receive in the policy change letter today which was released three days ago.

We closed 2/1 and are still waiting as well. I'm with Hayesdvc, got the policy change letter fast and easy.
