Haven't received ME; will they still take me to the resort?

I rented points through another owner and need transportation from MCO to WDW. Although I gave my flight information to the owner upon reservation, I am not sure that he made the DME arrangements, and a message to him has gone unanswered. :sad2: I do have my Magic Band, and am assuming that will verify that I'm staying on property with a valid reservation.

I am not worried about the luggage tags as I plan to just pack a carry on (and in worst case, if the carry on gets checked, I'll go pick it up before boarding the bus), but will I have any issue getting transportation from MCO to WDW with a Magic Band? Is there a number I can call to confirm that we are reserved on ME?

TIA for any help. I'm sure this question has been answered here before (hopefully not ad nauseum), but I wasn't successful with my search. :goodvibes
 
Your magic band will not get you onto Magical Express. Call guest services 407-939-5277. Explain your situation and they should be able to help you.
 
Call Magical Express directly at 866-599-0951. After that, if you still don't get anything in the mail and don't get anything on your My Disney Experience or whatever web page, then call again after a week or two (but at least 48 hours in advance).

Whenever you buy or order or reserve anything over the phone, try to get and write down the name and city of the person you talk to.

For confirmations that appear on the computer screen, make and bring a print screen* or other document on paper.

If you still don't get anything at all, two names and cities written down should get you onto Magical Express!

* Requires doing more than pressing the Prt-Scn button; one method can be done with some models of digital cameras.
