Haven't been to WDW in a while..

I am going to WDW for a meeting next weekend and flying in a day early (23)and I have to get transportation to AKL. So here are my questions
Are my only choices a limo, a taxi or the ME bus? In the past we had taken a Mears bus (i think) and that worked great. I see that Mears is running the ME buses but is that all.
The other question is can i make reservations for the ME bus this close to departure?
